Begin by defining, filling, and detailing the brow using the all-in-one triangle tipped Brow Definer retractable pencil. Finish with a lightweight, travel-sized Clear Brow Gel for a long-lasting, flexible hold.

How to Apply:

• Begin by defining the brow form with Brow Definer.
• Comb the brow hairs upward with the spoolie and outline the bottom of the brow from arch to tail using the flat side of the pencil tip.
• Then, comb down the brow hairs and contour the top of the brow from arch to tail.
• Brush the hairs back into place and use the medium side of the tip to fill in the brow from arch to tail.
• Detail the front of the brow and regions of sparseness with the fine tip by making hairlike strokes.
• Begin by pressing the tip of the brow down and pulling up in the direction of natural hair growth.
• Finish your brow look by setting it with Mini Clear Brow Gel.
• Brush through your brow look (5–6 strokes per brow) using an upward motion for a lifting effect and added fullness.
