Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at BeautyNoor. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
1. Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- The goods were NOT used or damaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened or tested.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: [email protected]. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.
3. Process of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, and cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.
5. Returning Goods (Shipping Costs)
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to our office address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
